Zalomit Studio 83

Status: Completed

A studio arranged around its windows: the bed against a fluted lilac arch, and a breakfast bar in the corner where the city starts.

One room, three moods, separated only by colour. The sleeping end takes the lilac arch, a sage headboard and a matching channelled bench; the corner where the windows meet is painted teal and given a terrazzo bar with stools; the kitchenette is pink, with the same speckled stone on the counter.

Black steel ties them together — the window frames, the clothes rail over the bed, the shower screen — and terrazzo pendants hang beside the headboard. The bathroom wraps terrazzo to half height under pale blue paint, with a wavy mirror and a single blue basin.
